D3 VPN

Terms of service

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and D3 Digital Designs Ltd for the D3 VPN Android app. By installing or using D3 VPN, you agree to them.

The service

D3 VPN is a private network for Android. It encrypts internet traffic between your device and a VPN server, using the VPN connection Android provides. We license the app to you. We do not sell it. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, and revocable, and it lasts while you follow these terms.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the activity on your device that uses D3 VPN.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • break the law, or help someone else break the law, using D3 VPN
  • attack, scan, or disrupt networks, systems, or other people
  • interfere with the VPN service or attempt to bypass its limits
  • resell, sublicense, or share a subscription except as these terms allow

A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

What we do not promise

We work to keep D3 VPN available and to encrypt traffic between the device and the VPN server. We do not promise uninterrupted service, access to any particular website, a particular speed, or anonymity.

Subscriptions

Paid access is billed by Google Play. Cancellation, renewal, and refunds follow Google Play’s terms. We do not receive your card number.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the D3 VPN privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of D3 VPN in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for D3 VPN during those 12 months, or £50 if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local courts if you live in the United Kingdom and the law gives you that right.
